1. Scheduled and/or privatized water-based activities depending on nature of booking.
2. Canapés, meals or beverages specific to booked activity.
   
3. Scheduled transfers to and from hotels within a 10km radius of the Pure Africa Waterfront (if carried out from there).

1. Children under the age of 12 pay 50% of the adult rate and must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
2. Identification is required to verify children ages below 12 years old.
3. Infants 0 to 3 years do not pay.
4. Senior Citizens above the age of 75 enjoy a 10 % discount (if paying direct on Rack rate) on production of proof such as valid ID or passport.
5. School charters are discounted but non-commissionable. Please request rate from our reservations.

Cancellations must be received in writing through our reservations department.

1. 1 – 30 days before date of cruise: 100% cancellation fees
2. 31 – 60 days before date of cruise: 20% cancellation fees

1. 1 – 30 days before date of cruise: 100% cancellation fees
2. 45 – 31 Days before date of cruise: 50% cancellation fees

A group is considered to be 10 full paying guests or more. For every group of 15 full paying guests, one single ticket is available to the tour leader for the applicable service booked.

1. Proof of medical certificate.
2. Bereavements (spouse/child).

By making a booking for, and subsequent payment in respect of, any experiences and by accepting and participating in such, all customers acknowledge that they have read and fully understand the content of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

All bookings must be made in writing to the company or through the company’s website and must include at least the following information:

1. Full names and nationality of guests.
2. Dates for which booking is intended.
3. Number of guests.
4. Special dietary requirements (if applicable).
5. Hotel pick up and drop off point.

1. All reservations will only be deemed confirmed when a voucher guarantee is received or full payment has been made.
2. All reservations, cancellations & amendments for FIT & Groups are to be made and confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. All reservations will be held provisional for a maximum of 14 days from date of reservations unless a confirmed status by voucher number is provided by agent.
4. Reservations made inside of 30 days prior to cruise will be held provisionally for 48 hours unless confirmed status by voucher number or full payment is provided by agent.
5. Provisional bookings will be held for periods stipulated above. Thereafter, Pure Africa reserves the right to release any such provisional booking. However, should Pure Africa receive a confirmed booking during the stipulated period, you will be informed in writing to confirm your reservation. Failure to do so within 24 hours may result in the booking being cancelled.

1. All bookings must be prepaid in full 30 days prior to date of travel, unless agent has an approved credit account facility which will attract 1% pm interest if not paid within the agreed period.
2. Account facility subject to terms and condition of applicable credit facility.
3. Should deposit payments not be received by due date or supporting voucher, Pure Africa reserves the right to cancel the reservations and any reinstatements will require full payment.
4. Proof of payment or voucher must be sent through to the reservations office with the booking name and date of cruise clearly stated on the correspondence.
5. Payment is not confirmed until advised accordingly by the company.
6. Standard deposit and cancellation policies may be altered during any major event, peak occupancies and or other unique occasions.

In the case services are purchased through our website a few specific T&Cs apply (in addition to our standard T&Cs):

Return and refunds: Should Pure Africa cancel the provision of service, it will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellations of orders by client will attract a 5% administration fee.

Customer privacy policy: Pure Africa shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

Payment options: Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Pure Africa bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Country of domicile: This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles and Pure Africa chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Pure Africa may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

At Pure Africa, your privacy is our primary concern. We respect your privacy and commit to protect any information that you share with us. We shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
